Booking preview privacy

This booking flow is a development preview, not a live reservation service. Please use sample names and contact details. No payment or identity document is requested.

What the preview stores

We store your selected stay, lead guest name and mobile number, optional email, address and requests, and the version and time of accepted booking terms. These support the preview confirmation and booking-management screens.

Where the information goes

Preview records are encrypted in a local development database on the server running this website. Preview guest details are not sent to the integration partner or the guest house. They are not emailed or sent by SMS. Encryption at rest does not make this a production-ready personal-data service.

Access and retention

An essential, HttpOnly session cookie allows this browser to access its own preview bookings for up to 24 hours. Closing a tab or deleting this cookie does not delete server records. Records remain until the development operator clears the test database; automatic deletion is not implemented. Anyone sharing the same browser session can access its preview bookings.

Before live booking opens

The live privacy notice must identify the responsible business, support and privacy contacts, the partner and other recipients, processing purposes, retention periods, guest rights and a secure process for any required identity documents. Online booking remains closed in production until the integration is ready.
